WHAT SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?

This practice offers outpatient mental health services through individual, couples, family, and group counseling (ages 3 years old through older adults).


I offer services in person in the office (with social distancing and Covid-19 precautions) and also through HIPAA compliant telehealth services.  Telehealth services are available to residents of Illinois.

CAN I BOOK AN INTAKE SESSION?

Yes! Please reach out and contact me if you are looking for therapy services for you or a loved one.  I will be happy to talk with you and explore what services may be a good fit for your needs.

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

  • Initial Phone Consultation: FREE

  • Intake and Assessment: $160

  • Individual or Family Session (60 minute): $120

​

​

Groups and Workshops: Prices Vary- please see specific group registration.

​

Payment Plans are Available.

​

For clients who have very high deductibles and/or cannot afford the full fee, I offer lower fee services through Open Path Collective.  I am a provider of services with them and offer sliding scale fees for those openings.

WHAT INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

This practice accepts BCBS PPO, Cigna, Aetna, United Health (UHC) and Oscar.

This practice is an Out of Network provider for most insurance companies, and this means that you would pay the fee in full and you can be provided with a receipt to be reimbursed directly by your insurance company.   Due to each client's plan having different co-pays and deductibles, I also recommend checking with your insurance company about reimbursement levels.

HOW DO I PAY FOR SERVICES?

Clients can pay through their insurance through billing, or by cash, check, or credit/debit card.

IS THIS A CRISIS CENTER?

No, this practice provides outpatient therapy services during business hours and is not available 24/7.  Crisis needs that occur during sessions can be assessed and referred out to a higher level of care if necessary.

For urgent crisis needs, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.

WHAT ABOUT PRIVACY?

This practice is dedicated to protecting the confidentiality of clients and families who are served, especially due to the nature of the services provided.  These ethical standards are discussed further during the intake appointment.  For clients at this practice who are self-pay and opt out of using insurance, these outpatient therapy services can usually be provided without reporting a diagnosis to insurance.   Concerns about diagnosis and disclosures are sometimes a priority for clients, and if you have concerns, you are encouraged to discuss this during your treatment.

All platforms of communication, billing, and telehealth services are encrypted and HIPAA compliant.  Please contact me further if you have questions about privacy and confidentiality.

(There is no change in fee for telehealth or in-person services)
